Simon is a relatively new resident to Tenerife but having been married to a Canarian since 2004, has spent plenty of time on the island getting to know its nooks and crannies thoroughly. Speaking English, Spanish and some French, he finds the mix of clients from different countries an interesting bunch to say the least.
Having worked in the mortgage and insurance industry in the UK for 10 years, he still has many close contacts with UK lenders and brokers where he is able to assist in arranging mortgages for UK clients who may decide to use the equity in their UK properties to buy property in Tenerife outright or use it as a deposit for a Spanish mortgage. He also offers a service whereby residents of Tenerife may release some of the capital built into their UK pensions, also known as QROPS.
Simon is based in and around the busy resort of Los Cristianos so has a great database of properties for sale there as well as 3 websites attracting plenty of visitors for those that wish to sell their Tenerife property.
