We are a group of 5 independent estate agents based in the South of Tenerife who work together and use our joint resources to find the best selection of properties in the South of Tenerife and along the West coast.
We do not have large, expensive offices. We do not employ ex-timeshare salesmen (or any salesmen for that matter) We all own our own businesses and are all experts in our specific fields.
We take a very different approach to servicing our clients and firmly believe that excellent service combined with complete honesty and transparency (we will tell you the downside of specific complexes and areas as well as telling you all the plus points!) is far and away superior to the traditional estate agents model in Tenerife. This generally involves a high pressure sales pitch and then 1 or 2 grueling hours in an office isolating a client and attempting to co-hearse a “reservation fee” out of them for up to 3,000€ to ensure they cannot go elsewhere and continue searching the market. We employ “cooling off” periods and will try and find multiple examples of exactly what you are looking for so you can make a fully informed decision.
Our business model works well, our clients are very happy and our range of expertise between our 5 members is pretty vast now covering almost every resort, town and village. We can easily compete with the bigger, flashier agents but do not have to resort to making up all sorts of promotional material (like winning awards or having hundreds of testimonials on our website) we think our service speaks for itself and we WILL find you exactly what you are looking for. A big aspect of our job is actually helping you work out what you are looking for which we are very good at.
